- Put a bunch of fruit in your blender (pineapples, peaches, bananas, whatever), add some ice, a little honey, and about a half a can of coconut milk, This little shake should fill you up for the rest of the morning!
- Mix one can of coconut milk with one package of jell-O pudding (3 oz. size). It tastes like Boston Creme!
- Make coconut ice cream (it's dairy free!). This recipe only calls for coconut milk, coconut, and sugar! This recipe is for chocolate coconut ice cream.
Note: when buying coconut milk, you want a good quality product. Quality coconut milk will have around 12 grams of fat MINIMUM!! Anything less than that is more water than anything else. Coconut cream is just a heavier version of coconut milk. If you are using this in your food storage, you will want a higher fat/protein content.
