A 'boo'k sale

Got this from the Mesa Library today:

Mesa Library is holding a 'boo'k sale on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Main Library, 64 E. First St, lower level. Prices are so low they're scary! Get a used book for as low as 25 cents. There will be something for everyone with books ranging from fiction, romance, history, children's materials, and so much more. This is a cash only sale. Please bring your own bags or boxes. All proceeds will go towards Mesa Libraries.

The 'boo'k sale kicks off National Friends of the Library Week from Oct. 18 - 24. National Friends of the Library was founded in 1986 to support local libraries through fundraising and advocacy. To date they have raised over $1 million with 500 members from across the nation. For more information about Friends of the Library visit
