More Dancing Opportunities

Two extra opportunities this week to dance. So get out of the house and warm up your feet. You will want to be extra sharp for the Stake Sweetheart Ball.

This Thursday will be the first week of Dance Workshops at the Merrymakers Dance Club. Admission to the dance is $7 for guests, $6 for members, and will include the workshop from 6:15 to 7:15pm, with the general dance going until 10pm. Location is the Ballroom at Los Palmas Grand, 2550 S. Ellsworth, just south of Baseline.

This Friday, at the Chandler YMCA (south side of Frye, east of Dobson) there will be a Dance Social from 7 to 10 pm. At 7pm there will be:

• Complimentary dance lesson for those needing some warm up
• Complimentary snacks
• General Dancing

Cost for the dance itself is only $5.00 per person.

There will also be a Dance Shoe Sale for those needing, or just wanting, a pair of dance shoes. All shoes will be $40. (I should have waited and bought mine now!)
